Payment and Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting our website and making a purchase. Below you can review the terms and conditions of the Payment and Delivery Policy of www.o2gardens.am (hereinafter — the Website).

Payment Procedure

Payment can be made in two ways: cashless or cash.

For online orders, payment is made by bank card, through the IDram electronic payment system, or by bank transfer. ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard cardholders are supported. When placing an order in the showroom, payment may also be made in cash. All payments are accepted only in Armenian drams. Prices on the Website are final and include all taxes.

When making online purchases, all personal data provided by the customer is stored and processed by our Company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is carried out only within the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Orders are accepted online every day, but delivery is completed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made until 20:00. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery to Regions

The delivery fee outside Yerevan is calculated at 300 AMD per kilometer. The delivery fee may vary depending on the vehicle used.

Delivery in Yerevan

In Yerevan, the delivery fee for orders up to 50,000 AMD is 2,000 AMD. For orders above 50,000 AMD, delivery is included in the total price.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the products for accuracy, appearance, and quantity. The order is handed over only personally to the customer, and the courier has the right to request an ID. The order is considered delivered once the customer signs the receipt, confirming no objections. Products received by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Track Your Order

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation message containing the order number (order code), allowing you to track the status of your order.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. If the order is already on the way, cancellation is not possible. Upon cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method. If paid by card, the refund will be returned to the card within several days depending on the issuing bank.
